Tour Package – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided within 3 to 5 working days after receiving:
  • Required advance payment
  • Traveller details (ID proof)
  • Final itinerary, hotel, and transport details will be shared after confirmation only.

2. Payment Policy

Advance Payment:

  • Minimum 30%–50% of total tour cost at the time of booking.

Balance Payment:

  • Must be paid before tour start date or as mentioned in the confirmation.
  • For flight packages, 100% payment is required at booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on date of cancellation:
  • Before 15 days of travel: 10% cancellation
  • 10–14 days before travel: 25% cancellation
  • 5–9 days before travel: 50% cancellation
  • 0–4 days / No Show: 100% cancellation
  • Flight / Train tickets: As per airline/IRCTC rules
  • No refund for unused services.

4. Date Change / Postponement

  • One date change may be allowed subject to availability.
  • Any fare difference, hotel price change, or service charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Date change not allowed for last-minute or peak season bookings.

5. Hotels & Rooms

  • Hotels are provided as per Budget / Standard / Premium category selected.
  • Check-in / Check-out as per hotel rules.
  • Extra bed / child policy depends on hotel rules.
  • AC may not work in hill stations due to weather conditions.

6. Transport

  • Vehicle type as per package (Non-AC / AC).
  • Vehicle usage limited to itinerary only.
  • Extra usage, night driving, or sightseeing beyond itinerary will be charged extra.
  • Driver working hours as per local transport rules.

7. Meals

  • Meals included only if mentioned in the package.
  • No refund for meals not taken by guests.
  • Jain / special meals subject to availability.

8. Temple Darshan & Tickets

  • Temple darshan tickets, special sevas, VIP darshan are not included unless mentioned.
  • Darshan depends on temple crowd & rules.
  • We are not responsible for darshan delays or closures.

9. Travel Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Traffic, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Additional expenses due to such situations must be borne by the customer.

10. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must carry valid ID proof during travel.
  • Any damage to hotel property or vehicle will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests must follow local rules & temple dress codes.

11. Travel Readiness (Pack a Bag)

  • Guests should be ready to travel with:
  • Confirmed booking details
  • ID proof
  • Essential medicines
  • Personal belongings
  • We are not responsible for lost personal items.

12. General Notes

  • Package cost is per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change due to fuel hike, taxes, or service provider changes.
  • Management reserves the right to modify itinerary if required.
